A classic stage and cabaret effect now suitable for your close-up and table-hopping performances.
A playing card is selected from your regular or borrowed deck of cards. You now show three picture cards each with a picture of a multicoloured blown up balloon on them.
These are stacked and placed on a spectator’s hand and the chosen card is named. Now you claim that one of the balloons will now be burst and a picture of the chosen card will magically appear inside the burst balloon.
The participant holding the balloon cards is asked to slap her hand down upon them and at the same time shout out the word “BANG” in order to burst a balloon.
This sequence is now carried out without your touching either the picture cards or the selected playing card.
Anyone can now check the balloon cards to discover that amazingly one balloon has burst revealing an exact mini duplicate of the chosen card!
A different playing card can be chosen for repeat performances. Very easy to do, you will learn it in less than five minutes and everything can be left for examination by your audience.
